Patrick has a diploma of Agriculture Engineer from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik in Lebanon. His experience is mainly focused on training, inspection, and auditing on food safety, quality management systems, and product certification in Agriculture.

He is a Lead auditor in the following standards ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP and Good Agricultural Practices ( GlobalG.a.p) Since 2009.

Membership of professional bodies: Technical expert and active Member of international technical committees in Libnor (the Lebanese standards institution) for the following :

TC 3019 Good agriculture practices, TC 122 food packaging, TC 1009 Food hygiene, NL TC 3005 Organic products, TC 34 – SC 3 Fruits and vegetables Products, TC 1018 Pesticides residues, TC 1014 Methods of analysis and sampling, NL TC 34/SC 9 Microbiology, NL TC 1008 Food additives and NL TC 63 Glass containers , etc.…

 He has attended various workshops and training programs in Europe, Lebanon and the MENA region. He has more than 12 years of experience in operation management,  auditing, training and inspection in Agriculture and food industries.
